While adding new members to "Bomb Squad," Ceci's troubles at home become more dangerous. Gina begins to grow closer with Eddie, a student with a difficult home life. The second semester of East Los High is in session, but the trouble continues to brew outside the halls of the inner city school as Camilla struggles with some inner demons as someone from her past returns to LA. A new generation of kids are risking everything for love in the hallways of East Los High, setting the stage for a sensational turn of events that will surely make this another breath-taking and exciting school year. When Ceci and Jacob return to East Los High School as coaches, the sex, passion, and mystery continue. Maya and Jessie are forced to make real-life decisions as a result of this love triangle about social pressure, drugs, pregnancy, betrayal, and sex that will determine which of them will get the boy and have an impact on their lives for the rest of their lives. Hulu instead ordered an hour and half long series finale, which aired on December 1, 2017. On May 19, 2017, it was announced that East Los High would not be renewed for a fifth season. The producers of the show work closely with numerous public health organizations to incorporate information within the storylines that encourage young Latinos to make healthy life choices. Created, written, and produced by Wise Entertainment, the series is Hulu's first and only series with an all Latino cast and crew and is predominantly filmed in East Los Angeles. The only good thing was that the prices are low, with a nacho starter, 2 cokes, and two main meals coming to just over US$42 In short this was the worst Mexican restaurant and food I have ever had in the USA and as such I would not visit again and I could not recommend anyone to eat here.American TV series or program East Los HighĮast Los High is a teen drama streaming television series that revolves around the lives of a group of teens navigating their final years at a fictional high school in East LA. Note also that this restaurant does not serve alcohol, just soft drinks, which was another disappointment as you can't beat a Mexican beer with Mexican food. Service was good but this did not make up for the poor food on offer. My colleague didn't rate his Taco dinner either saying it was far too salty and of a very poor standard. There wasn't even any sour cream or guacamole with the fajitas as again is pretty stand everywhere else I've had Mexican. At this restaurant they consisted of a plate of barely cooked chopped pepper and onions with some lukewarm seasoned chicken strips. I then had the Chicken Fajitas for my entree and this was the first time ever that fajitas have not come sizzling on an iron skillet.
We had the Nachos plate to start with and they were oil soaked and not really enjoyable at all. Secondly the menu options and variety was the worst I have ever seen in a Mexican restaurant. To begin with the ambiance of the restaurant is not great with it being a pretty large room containing two straight rows of tables, although the paintings on the walls very pretty good. I have therefore eaten at a good many Mexican restaurants and I can only assume that those that have rated 'Taqueria Maya' as excellent have. I travel to the USA pretty regularly and nearly always have a Mexican meal at least once when I do.
